Are flights included in the trip price?
Most trips don’t include flights, so you’re free to pick your own airline and city to fly from. Want us to handle flights too? Our team can add them for you while you book.
What if I need to cancel?
It depends on the trip, hotel or service you booked. As a general rule, cancel 30 days or more before you travel and you get a full refund, minus a small admin fee. For full details, see our Cancellation Policy.
Do you have group discounts?
Yes. We offer special rates and custom trip plans for offices, families and large groups. Just get in touch and tell us about your group.
