1. General Cancellation Guidelines
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible while adhering to the strict requirements of our international travel partners and suppliers.
2. Standard Cancellation Timeline
- 30+ days prior to departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- 15-29 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee applies.
- 7-14 days prior to departure: 75% cancellation fee applies.
- Less than 7 days (or no show): 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
*Note: Luxury yacht charters, private jets, and peak-season hotel bookings often have stricter, non-refundable policies.
3. Modifications and Rescheduling
If you need to change your travel dates rather than cancel, we will do our best to accommodate your request without cancellation penalties, though fare differences and supplier amendment fees may apply.
